Description
Core Responsibilities
- Manage user access and permissions across:
- Azure DevOps (boards, permissions, project access)
- SharePoint (site and permission management)
- Snowflake (user/role access)
- External banking portals
- Customize and maintain Azure DevOps boards and access structures
- Provide day-to-day SRE/application support for capital markets and business-critical systems
- Troubleshoot access-related issues and production incidents
- Support a white-glove service model for front-office/capital markets users
- Work across multiple applications, ensuring secure and accurate access provisioning
Environment
- ~100-120 applications (growing), primarily capital markets systems
- Fully Azure cloud-based environment
- High-touch, fast-paced support environment
Key Skills
- Strong access management (IAM-lite) across enterprise tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure DevOps (permissions, boards)
- SharePoint access control
- Snowflake user/role management
- Experience supporting banking or trading applications (EMS preferred)
- Ability to navigate different banking portals and terminology
- Solid production support / SRE fundamentals
