Senior Transformation Manager to stand up and execute an enterprise PMO and M&A integration program for a private-equity backed aviation services platform

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead the stand-up and execution of an enterprise PMO and support M&A integration and shared services transformation for a private-equity backed aviation services platform operating across Canada.

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Montreal/Alberta)

Duration: 2 Years

Weekly Expected Hours: 40

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where the contractor will act as a single-point PMO lead, working closely with executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and other shared services. The environment is fast-paced and acquisition-driven, requiring someone comfortable operating independently while influencing senior leaders.

This engagement is expected to run two years and is well suited to a consultant with prior experience leading enterprise transformation and integration initiatives. This role is intentionally delivery-focused; candidates whose experience is primarily PMO governance or reporting will not be a fit.

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• Senior Transformation Project Manager with 10+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives
• Proven experience standing up and leading a PMO in a multi-business or multi-entity environment
• Hands-on experience with M&A integration and post-acquisition transformation
• Background delivering shared services transformation across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations
• Ability to operate as a department of one, owning PMO governance and execution
• Strong experience translating business strategy into executable delivery plans

Additional Note: Bilingual French / English strongly preferred due to Quebec-based stakeholders; demonstrated experience operating effectively in bilingual or Quebec-based environments is acceptable
