We are seeking a Senior Test Specialist with extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking products, including cards and regulatory initiatives.

Duration - 6 months

Work Mode - Hybrid 1 day per week in the office downtown

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end testing activities across multiple financial services projects
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with business stakeholders and QA teams
• Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project and business requirements
• Identify, track, and manage defects to resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners
• Provide clear and concise reporting on test progress, risks, and results to leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and testing best practices
• Drive test efficiency improvements and contribute to automation efforts where applicable

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on financial services
• Proven experience in UAT for banking products, including credit/debit cards and regulatory projects
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is desirable
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
