Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Technical Writer to complete and standardize IT-focused documentation for supply chain transformation initiatives.
Background:
A major transformation program is enhancing supply chain and inventory management capabilities through the introduction of new digital tools and processes. While initial documentation has been developed, significant gaps remain, requiring completion, standardization, and alignment with departmental documentation standards.
Tasks:
- Review and complete partially developed documentation, ensuring alignment with departmental standards and guidelines
- Gather and validate technical and functional information from developers, SMEs, and project stakeholders
- Develop and refine user guides, help content, and technical documentation tailored to end-user needs
- Assess target audiences and structure content to ensure clarity, usability, and accessibility
- Edit and standardize existing materials for consistency, accuracy, and quality
- Design and produce final documentation, including layout, formatting, and supporting visuals/diagrams
Must Haves:
- Technical Writing - 10+ years
