Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to produce and maintain a wide variety of technical and operational documentation for IT Risk Mitigation Initiatives (Remote)
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Experience developing Training Materials
- Jira/Confluence experience
- System Design Principles in the context of technical writing
- Experience developing the following
- Disaster Recovery Strategies
- Playbooks
- Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
- System Architecture/Design Documentation
- Process Diagrams/Workflows
- Configuration and Deployment guides
- Disaster Recovery Playbooks
- Incident Response and Recovery Playbooks
- Data Center Design and Configuration Documentation
- User Administrator Manuals
- Knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Training and Onboarding Guides
- RFP
- Templates/Reporting/Communication Assets
