Position Title: Solution Designer/Architect

Duration: 9 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - 5 days per month (every Tuesday & second Friday)

Office Location: 81 Bay st.

Provides infrastructure solution design for U.S. and international regions, supporting commercial wealth and international technology portfolios. Focuses on virtualization, cloud migration (Azure), networking, middleware, and data center infrastructure.

• Azure cloud solutions

• Middleware and networking solutions

• Virtualization and hardware infrastructure design

Job Description:

This is not an architectural role; focus is on infrastructure solution design. The contractor will design solutions for data center migrations, virtualization, and cloud integration (Azure), ensuring resiliency and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Designing infrastructure solutions for global data centers

Working with engineering teams to define hardware/software requirements

Supporting migrations from on-prem to Azure cloud

Preparing cost estimates using tools like Microsoft Azure Calculator

Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure secure and efficient designs

Must Have Requirement:

• 5+ years in solution design (middleware, networking solutions)

• 5+ years with data center infrastructure (Oracle, MS SQL, Databricks)

• Experience with cloud solutions (Azure preferred)

• Background in hardware infrastructure engineering
