Description
Our financial client is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Lead to identify gaps in Site Reliability Engineering practices and and work with their SRE team to perform hands-on implementation to improve the processes and tooling
Work Mode - Hybrid
Duration: 3 Months (June 2 - Aug 29) with possibility of extension
Must Haves
• 5-7 years of experience as a Lead with technical hands-on SRE experience, working to automate operations and reduce toil
• 3+ Years working knowledge of L2/L3 Engineering Support
• Experience in troubleshooting performance / non-functional issues
• Background or knowledge of OTEL
• Experience using APM including Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics or similar & applying to SRE monitoring techniques
• Advanced knowledge of at least 1 programming language (Nodejs/Python/Java)
• Experience with SRE concepts, tools and practices like chaos engineering, observability, self-healing, error budgets, DR exercise, and tools like Dynatrace and ELK stack.
• Experience with AWS technologies, such as: EC2, Lambda, ELB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, KMS, VPC, Dynamo DB, RDS
