Senior Sharepoint Developer to integrate a knowledge base with a Dynamics 365 Customer Service module

S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Sharepoint Developer to integrate a knowledge base with a Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.

12 month contract to start - 40 hours/week - Candidate must reside in Vancouver

MUST HAVES:

• 5 years experience with SharePoint Online development and administration, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and PowerShell scripting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including customization, plugin development (C#), JavaScript form extensions, and integration with external systems.
• 5 years experience with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps for automation and custom interface development.
• 5 years experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and .NET Framework (C#).
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable SharePoint solutions that integrate with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
• 5 years experience with databases and data storage technologies, such as SQL Server and Dataverse, for managing structured knowledge base content.

NICE TO HAVES:

• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant, or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer.
