Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior SharePoint Architect to design, build and administer SharePoint sites within SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint within the Public Sector

Project Description:

To support the configuration and development of SharePoint site by identifying user requirements, building initial concepts and final designs, assisting with the rollout and providing support to the implementation of the new site

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead and coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, understand business activities, identify information access and collaboration needs, and provide guidance on SharePoint and Microsoft integration features.

Design & Development: Develop architectural models, diagrammatic plans, and code for SharePoint 2019 and Office 365 SharePoint; create designs to optimize usability, ensure alignment with governance directives, and develop test and post-implementation plans.

Implementation & Support: Execute and test the approved SharePoint design, support the site’s implementation, assist with document migration, create guidance materials, and provide coaching to site owners.

Administration & Knowledge Transfer: Provide ongoing site administration, monitor design stability, and prepare for knowledge transfer to ensure smooth transition and support at the end of the contract.

Must Haves:

• SharePoint (version 2016 or higher) - 5+ years
• Defence, Enforcement, or Public Safety industry - 3+ years
• SharePoint Designer- 3+ years
• Microsoft PowerApps and InfoPath.

• SharePoint Certification (MCPD), Microsoft Certifications (MCP, Azur, PowerPlatform),Nintex
