Description
Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with experience in a Citizen Development Implementation to maintain health of the platform for an educational institution. This is an ad-hoc contract that can be worked alongside other contracts and remotely.
Must Have:
- Experience working as a Service Now Architect within an enterprise environment
- Experience developing proof of concepts (POC's) to test new ideas and experience with documentation
- Experience working in two or more of the following:
- citizen development implementation experience and empowerment
- virtual agent chat bot for ServiceNow
- HR Service Delivery Module (HRSD)
- Experience maintaining the general health and sustainment of ServiceNow platform
- Must have the ability to work during business hours when request, plenty of notice will be provided to prepare
