Location: GTA (Mississauga / Vaughan) - Hybrid (1 day/week onsite, as needed for workshops)

Duration: 5-month contract (high likelihood of extension)

Start: Targeting late May or early June 2026

Hours: 40/week


Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect (hands-on) to support a major ServiceNow transformation within the Energy & Utilities sector. The organization is modernizing from legacy systems and expanding ServiceNow as a core platform.


This role will lead the end-to-end implementation of the Health & Safety module, while contributing to the broader roadmap across additional modules (e.g., Employee Center). The successful candidate will act as a client-facing lead, responsible for solution design, stakeholder engagement, and guiding offshore teams.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the ServiceNow Health & Safety module
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead workshops, and define solutions
  • Act as the primary interface between client teams and offshore developers
  • Provide hands-on configuration and development within ServiceNow as needed
  • Guide offshore teams through technical direction and quality oversight
  • Support integrations (e.g., ServiceNow-Jira, APIs)
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and future module expansion


Must-Haves
  • 8-12+ years of IT experience, including 5-7+ years with ServiceNow
  • Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (architecture through delivery)
  • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Health & Safety module and Employee Centre
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting
  • Proven ability to work in a client-facing role (workshops, stakeholder engagement)
  • Experience guiding offshore development teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector
