Senior Security Architect (10+ years) to oversee business acceleration through AI and security architecture

Contract, Toronto, Onsite 3 days/week

Working Hours: 37.5

Contract: 6-12 months + extension

Must Haves

• 10+ years in security architecture and information security across large enterprise environments
• Strong background in access management, cloud security, risk management, and Zero Trust frameworks
• Experience and Exposure to AI
• Experience with NIST CSF, Palo Alto SASE, and AWS
• Industry certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, or SABSA
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience providing strategic guidance in large consulting organizations
• Knowledge of certificate lifecycle management
• Exposure to AI security and learning applications

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the enterprise architecture vision through roadmaps and solution documents
• Lead design and delivery of security architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Design and implement security architecture solutions across systems and applications
• Continuously assess and improve security processes, procedures, and infrastructure
• Help define and maintain the architecture lifecycle, deliverables, models, and roles
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor collaborating with business and technology stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards and principles for high-performance solutions
• Facilitate and contribute to architecture decisions for technical, business, and information environments
