Our valued Public Sector Client is in need of a Senior Secret Cleared (10+ years) Service Delivery Manager to work on/manage BR's for partner government department.

The Operations and Client Services Branch supports many federal clients Network and Infrastructure Initiatives. The Service Delivery Manager will be assisting with Partner Engagement and Intake of Business Requests for several projects.

Deliverables:

  • Own Partner engagement, intake and management of the Business Requests
  • Maintaining client and vendor relationships
  • Liaison with various SSC teams tasked with assessment, costing and delivery of the requested capability
  • Preparation of management reports, briefs and presentations
  • Assist with the oversight and management of risks and issues

Must Haves:

  • Secret Federal Government Clearance
  • Shared Services Canada experience
  • Project Management skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Infrastructure project experience
  • Bilingualism
