Our valued Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Secret Cleared Application/Software Architect (10+ years) to support the design and implementation of integrated solutions and architectures, ensuring modernization and efficiency of program management systems

The resource will support the development and implementation of technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies to replace outdated legacy systems and manual processes. The resource will contribute to designing sustainable and expandable solutions that align with Government of Canada technology direction, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Portals, and SharePoint.

Must Have:

1. A university degree or college diploma in a field related to Information Technology (IT) from a recognized post-secondary institution, OR at least 15 years of total work experience as an Application/Software Architect.
2. Demonstrated experience on at least one (1) project, within the last five (5) years, for a minimum duration of one (1) year, serving as an Application/Software Architect for SharePoint.
3. Secret Clearance

Tasks & Deliverables:

• Develop and document architectures, frameworks, and strategies to meet business requirements.
• Translate requirements into architectural decisions, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure integration, alignment with enterprise and industry standards, and collaborate with IT Security on risk assessments.
• Guide and mentor development teams through analysis, design, implementation, and transition to operations.
• Validate solutions through testing, correct deviations, and provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
• Architecture and design documentation, including requirements, models, and system components.
• Recommendation reports for sustainable, integrated solutions.
• Presentations of requirements, proof of concept findings, and proposed architectures.
• Developed, tested, and implemented software solutions.
• Support Plans with tasks and service levels.
