Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (10+ years) to lead delivery within a digital product-oriented POD model

Join a high-impact digital delivery team driving retail-focused transformation within the financial services industry. This role manages end-to-end execution of digital product initiatives, coordinating across product, engineering, QA, vendor, and business stakeholders. It combines Agile leadership and project management expertise to enable continuous, iterative delivery within a POD environment. The initial engagement is six months with potential for extension or conversion.

6 months contract to start, BC or ON - 100% remote.

Must Haves

• 10+ years in project management and Agile/Scrum delivery within digital product environments
• Proven experience facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Background in delivering digital initiatives across financial services or comparable industries
• Expertise in scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
• Education in a relevant discipline such as business, technology, or project management

Nice to Have

• Experience managing vendor relationships within digital project delivery
• Exposure to integrated product and engineering collaboration environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery within a digital product-oriented POD model
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce iterative delivery cadence
• Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, and risks across project streams
• Engage with product, engineering, QA, vendor, and business stakeholders to align priorities
• Oversee delivery planning, issue tracking, and escalation management
• Provide clear status reporting and communication to senior stakeholders
