Senior SAP Training Lead for a S/4HANA greenfield transformation project in a complex public sector environment.
Duration: September 2025 - December 2026
Location: 100% Remote (Canada-based)
Time Zone: Central and Eastern Time
Project Scope:
S/4HANA greenfield transformation project in a complex public sector environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-user training strategy for SAP S/4HANA
- Conduct training needs analysis and create role-based training plans
- Develop training materials (manuals, e-learning, quick reference guides)
- Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and delivery (virtual/live sessions)
- Collaborate with functional leads and change management teams
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in SAP training and enablement
- Strong experience with SAP Enable Now or similar tools
- Experience in government or large enterprise training rollouts
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative approach
