We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support the design, implementation, and governance of SAP security controls across multiple SAP modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure access management, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting audit readiness within the SAP environment.


Work Mode - Remote

Duration - 6 months plus extension



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorizations across modules such as FI, MM, SD, HCM, and others.
  • Manage and administer role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure appropriate system access for users.
  • Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using SAP GRC tools and best practices.
  • Perform user access reviews, monitoring, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather security requirements and implement secure SAP solutions.
  • Support internal and external audits, including documentation preparation and responding to audit inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve security incidents and access-related issues within the SAP environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP security processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials related to secure SAP system usage and access management.


Must Haves

  • Strong experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
  • Hands-on expertise with role-based access management, role design, and authorization concepts.
  • Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working with multiple SAP modules and their integration points.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and audit requirements related to SAP systems.
  • Ability to analyze security requirements and translate them into effective access control solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
