Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and support complex SAP transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution across SAP and Data & Analytics workstreams.

This role requires a seasoned SAP PM with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience delivering enterprise-scale SAP programs involving multiple business and technical teams.

Work Mode : Hybrid - Mississauga, ON (2 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects within a complex enterprise environment
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate across business, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders
• Drive governance, status reporting, executive updates, and project planning activities
• Support SAP Data & Analytics initiatives including coordination across BW, HANA, Datasphere, reporting, and analytics teams
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to timelines
• Manage issue resolution, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination
• Work closely with technical and functional SAP teams to ensure successful implementation and integration

Must Haves

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP projects and programs
• Proven expertise managing complex stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and enterprise transformation programs
• Experience supporting SAP Data & Analytics initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
