Our valued client is hiring a Senior SAP FM Lead to support a large-scale enterprise ERP modernization and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.

Background:

The organization is undertaking a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) modernization program to transform financial, materiel, procurement, engineering, and asset management business processes. This initiative includes upgrading legacy SAP environments and transitioning to SAP S/4HANA to enable standardized, integrated, and scalable enterprise operations. Senior functional leadership is required to guide design decisions, conduct workshops, and ensure financial management processes are aligned with modern ERP capabilities and cross-functional integrations.

Tasks:

• Lead SAP Funds Management (FM) design, configuration, and solution enhancement activities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on FM processes and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional design discussions and ensure integration with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
• Support agile delivery practices and contribute to key architectural and functional decisions.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in SAP solution design.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA capabilities and recommend continuous improvements.
