Description
Or client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong hands-on data migration expertise to support a financial systems transformation initiative. The consultant will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating financial master and transactional data migrations across multiple SAP Finance modules.
This role requires deep functional knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with experience working in complex, public-sector SAP environments.
Location: Fully Remote (Canada)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Must Haves
• FICO functional expertise with hands‑on experience in data migration.
• Ability to migrate and validate master data such as GL accounts, customer master data, and supplier/vendor master data.
• Experience with CO‑PA data structures, including characteristics, value fields, and related transactional data.
• Knowledge of Asset Accounting migration, including asset master records and asset values.
• Experience with Project Systems master data, WBS elements, and settlement‑related data.
• Understanding of Funds Management master data, budgeting data, and financial objects used in FM processes.
