Our valued client is hiring two Senior SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) resources (Lead and Associate) to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP modernization initiative.

Background:

The organization is undertaking a major enterprise ERP transformation to modernize asset management, maintenance, supply chain, and financial operations within an integrated SAP S/4HANA environment. As part of this initiative, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities must be redesigned and aligned with modern SAP standards and best practices. Senior and intermediate functional leadership is required to support end-to-end EAM transformation, including asset hierarchy design, work management, and cross-module integration.

Tasks:

(Lead)

• Lead SAP EAM solution design, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on asset hierarchy, work management, and maintenance processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Lead large workstreams and coordinate onshore/offshore resources.
• Ensure integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related modules.
• Support program planning, roadmap development, and key architectural decisions.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to functional team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice adoption.

(Associate)

• Support SAP EAM functional design and configuration activities.
• Assist with requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
• Configure and enhance SAP PM/EAM components in alignment with S/4HANA standards.
• Support integration activities across Finance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance modules.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and solution validation.
• Provide functional analysis and problem resolution support.
• Participate in agile delivery and continuous improvement activities.
