Description
Senior SAP Cutover Lead for Greenfield S/4HANA implementation (RISE with SAP) for a large and complex public sector organization, transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA.
Duration: September 2025 - December 2026
Location: 100% Remote (Canada-based)
Time Zone: Central and Eastern Time
Project Scope:
Greenfield S/4HANA implementation (RISE with SAP) for a large and complex public sector organization, transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cutover activities across all workstreams
- Develop detailed cutover plans, checklists, and timelines aligned with go-live strategy
- Engage with functional, technical, and business teams to identify cutover tasks and dependencies
- Monitor readiness, risk mitigation, and command center operations
- Report cutover status and escalate issues to program leadership
- Ensure all activities are tracked, rehearsed, and validated in advance of cutover
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
- Proven experience as a cutover lead
- Experience with large-scale Greenfield implementations
- Proven leadership in large-scale public sector transformations
- Experience working remotely with geographically dispersed teams
