Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install, monitor, upgrade and maintain SAP hardware and software components working with Project Managers, technical resources, developers, and clients/stakeholders to maintain and improve software performance;
- Install, configure, build, test, and document the necessary SAP components and the required infrastructure components for the projects identified;
- Analyze and propose solutions to implementation strategies;
- Apply problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems;
- Ensure timely and reliable system administration procedures, such as backup and/or recovery; and
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
