Description
Our public sector client required a Senior Reliability cleared Technical Writer to support with developing content and integrating a ServiceNow agent to ensure seamless functionality and user-friendly content. The resource will be required to provide advice and guidance on current web pages and documents.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define the current state environment.
- Translate business objectives into requirements using analysis and modeling tools.
- Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives, an develop options analysis for solutions.
- Document help text, user manuals, technical documentation, web page content, etc.
- Review documentation standards and the existing project documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders contributing to the design and development of high-quality business solutions
Must have:
- ServiceNow experience
- Experience documenting help text, user manuals and web page content
- Reliability clearance
Nice to have:
- Bilingual
