Our public sector client requires a Senior Reliability cleared Technical Architect to assess the viability, scalability and integration of digital solutions across complex legislative, regulatory and procedural frameworks. The resource will be required to deliver a robust and scalable digital transformation solution that enables the client to achieve its strategic modernization objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a comprehensive technical architectural document outlining the target state, guiding principles, and strategic alignment with the client's modernization goals. This includes architectural models (e.g., business, data, application, and technological views) and transition plans.
• Provide a technology assessment report that evaluates the current and proposed digital solutions, including: recommended technologies, platforms, and tools, redundancy analysis, risk assessment, fit-gap analysis, and recommendations for optimization and rationalization. This includes a roadmap for technology adoption and configuration aligned with policy modernization.
• Provide an integration strategy and implementation plan that details the strategy for integrating the solution with legacy and modern systems including: data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and middleware and interoperability solutions. This must include a phased implementation plan and an integrated testing approach

Must have:

• Experience working on three (3) COTS projects related to Human Capital Management
• Experience working on enterprise-level transformation projects
• Seven years experience developing and implementing BI strategies in the public sector
