Our valued public sector client is seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Cleared Project Manager (10+years) to lead secure network migration and cloud modernization initiatives

The successful candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and execution phases as they migrate end users and researchers from legacy networks to a new secure research network. This is not a data migration - it involves physical infrastructure, network enablement, and onboarding of advanced research tools (robotics, drones, cameras, etc.). The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, coordination across technical architects and business analysts, and the ability to maintain structure and progress in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects.

Must haves:

• Experience leading network and cloud migration projects
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure/Power Platform)
• Experience working with Shared Services Canada (SSC) or similar federal network environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and risk/RAID management skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience managing complex IM/IT projects with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary team
• Experience managing projects in a science or research-based organization
• Valid PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSP-SM, etc.)
