Our energy and utilities client is seeking a Senior QA with Salesforce experience to lead manual and integration testing between Salesforce,Oracle and Maximo systems

Join a high-impact project within the energy and resources sector focused on Salesforce enhancement testing, end-to-end integration, and system validation. This role drives all QA activities-from planning, execution, and defect management to daily reporting-within a multi-vendor environment. The position offers visibility across business and technical teams while supporting new platform integration initiatives across customer order management and backend systems.

This roles requires you to be onsite in Calgary or Edmonton Hybrid (3 days in office)

Must Haves

• 7+ years in Manual testing
• 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce application testing
• Experience with integration testing involving Oracle OFS and Maximo
• Proficiency using Jira and X-Ray for defect tracking and test execution
• Experience performing SIT and End-to-End testing across multi-vendor environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Energy and Gas domain
• Understanding of environment and integration impacts during testing

Responsibilities

• Understand existing solution design and business processes
• Prepare and manage detailed project test plans
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to identify impacted scenarios
• Write and execute test cases in X-Ray and manage defects within Jira
• Ensure quality gate checks are completed and signed off
• Drive troubleshooting calls with development and project partners
• Provide daily status reports and escalate issues for resolution
