Description
Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior QA Analyst with HCM transformation project experience to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for integrations, data conversions, and module enablement
Hybrid onsite in Calgary required
Must Haves:
- 8+ years' experience as a QA Analyst for large-scale HCM, ERP, or cloud transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of systems integration, data conversion, and end-to-end testing, including performance, security, and data integrity validation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Experience with automated testing tools and QA reporting dashboards
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves:
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HCM platforms
- Familiarity with ADO
