Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with vendor management experience to lead in flight customer billing project for our utilities client

This role will require you to be onsite 3 days/week in Calgary or Edm

Must Haves:

• 8+ years' experience as Project Manager with experience with a good mix of Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Must be able to take over project mid to end flight across finish line
• Proven track record managing large, complex technology project deliveries
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Define scope and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) and track progress
• Vendor management experience in managing Multimillion dollar contracts
• Experience leading integration based projects
• Must be able to work with multiple third party vendors
• Experience leading projects within the following areas: billing, asset management or CRM system based projects (Maximo, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
• Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Manage and track performance of the project(s) to ensure adherence to approved budget, schedule,and scope

• Partner with cross-functional teams and multiple external vendors to develop integrated project management plans

• Define scope and deliverables while ensuring technical feasibility

• Manage vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) and track progress

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost per governance framework

• Report and escalate risks and issues as required

• Work with change resources to ensure technical and organizational change adherence

• Ensure proper project resourcing and capacity planning

• Complete regular status reporting and meet Project Accounting reporting requirements
