Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with telephony IVR experience to upgrades and enhancements SMS functionality.
Must Have:
- 10+ years experience working as a Project Manager within the utilities industry
- Experience working on post Telephony platform implementation related upgrades such as:
- SMS functionality
- updating credit card thresholds through the interactive voice response system (IVR)
Must Have:
- Experience working on SAP Billings system workflows
