Description
Our client, is embarking on a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade project and is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Integration Management capabilities. The PM will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the S/4 to S/4 upgrade, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams and alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who has successfully managed SAP technical upgrade programs, including overseeing integration points, cutover planning, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination.
Location: Woodbridge, ON - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: January 15, 2026
Must Haves
7-10+ years of Project Management experience, including large-scale SAP initiatives.
Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, or technical remediation programs.
Strong background in integration management across SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, etc.) and third-party systems.
Demonstrated success overseeing SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data flows, and integration patterns.
