Senior Project Manager to manage testing strategies, quality assurance roadmaps, and project-level test plans for our Public-Sector client (RQ00456)

Our Public-Sector Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage testing strategies, quality assurance roadmaps, and project-level test plans

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada, working CST hours.

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Quality Assurance Programs (Test management, reporting, and behavior driven development automation tools, including Azure DevOps (ADO), Allure, SpecFlow, ReqnRol, etc)
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or Manager, with a focus on custom, packaged, and configured applications
• Quality Assurance Certifications: CMSQ, CSQA or CASQ
• Advanced skills in managing multiple, parallel projects or multiple streams of work on a very large project, including Strong strategic and tactical planning skills

Nice to haves:

• PMP or SAFe certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous public sector or insurance industry experience

Responsibilities:

• Create, Execute and manage project plans, following Agile methodology, practices and ceremonies.
• Manage the testing schedule, milestones, deliverables and action items for projects
• Organize and overseeing releases of key deliverables for acceptors and/or approvers
• Deploying and managing the appropriate framework to meet the testing mandate
