Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an ERP banking project for a municipal client

Must haves:

• Proven experience delivering ERP-adjacent or core-banking/financial system projects
• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading medium to large technology projects
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with project governance, reporting, risk/issue management, and change control
• Experience delivering projects in structured environments (e.g., PMI/Waterfall, Hybrid delivery models)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) or banking systems integrations
• Experience working in or for the public sector

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and managing ERP-adjacent / banking-related projects from initiation to completion
• Oversees daily project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Monitors, controls, and reports on project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Engages and coordinates with internal teams, vendors, technical SMEs, and business stakeholders
• Ensures project deliverables meet business requirements and conform to governance standards
• Facilitates project meetings, documentation, decision tracking, and change management
• Drives successful delivery of assigned project phases within agreed timelines
