Senior Project Manager to lead a Proof of Concept (PoC) focused on digital verification of web‑based interfaces.

Hybrid (once a month on site in downtown Toronto)

40 billable hours a week

We are looking to engage a Senior Project Manager for a 6-12 month contract to independently lead a Proof of Concept (PoC) focused on digital verification of web‑based interfaces.

This is a high‑autonomy role. We need a senior PM who can run the PoC end‑to‑end with minimal support and come back with a clear, evidence‑based recommendation.

Must‑Have Skillsets

• Senior IT Project Management experience (10+ years)
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently.
• Direct Proof of Concept / pilot experience
• Must have owned PoCs or technology evaluations where outcomes were not pre‑determined.
• Strong web‑based / digital platform experience
• Comfortable with web applications, integrations, and non‑functional requirements.
• Digital verification / identity / security‑adjacent exposure
• Not a hands‑on technical role, but must confidently engage architects, security, and vendors.
• Low‑support operating model
• Able to define scope, success criteria, risks, and dependencies without direction.
• Executive‑level communication
• Strong at synthesizing findings and delivering clear “proceed / pivot / stop” recommendations.

What This PM Will Own

• Define PoC scope, success metrics, and exit criteria
• Manage stakeholders, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate across business, IT, security, and vendors
• Produce a concise, decision‑ready PoC outcome and recommendation

This engagement is focused on clarity and decision enablement, not full solution delivery.
