Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist with a full lifecycle ERP implementation, including managing RFP process and vendor relationships.

Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada, working CST hours

Must haves:

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a focus on SAFe Agile Methodology
• Experience with end to end ERP system implementations, including RFP process and vendor management
• Experience managing high visibility programs, involving multi-million dollar initiatives and cross functional teams.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

Nice to haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Degree in Business, Commerce or Computer Science
• Previous experience in public-sector or insurance

Responsibilities:

• Lead project discussions, manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, and coordinate project resources to ensure work is executed according to plan.
• Monitor project budgets, provide monthly forecast updates, and adjust plans as needed to meet scope, time, and financial constraints.
• Engage project stakeholders, hold regular meetings, and track the status of key deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers and oversee the execution of stakeholder communication.
• Work with managers to create project plans, identify risks, issues, and priorities, and drive key governance forums for effective oversight.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status updates to governance bodies, including executive steering committees.
• Manage complex proposal processes, business case development, and critical deliverables to ensure clarity, compliance, and successful execution.
