Description
Our midstream oil and gas client is looking for a Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering capital and tenant improvement projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and vendor performance to create efficient, high-quality workspace environments. (18981)
Must-haves:
- 10+ years of project management experience in Tenant Improvement (TI), Facilities and Capital Projects
- Strong understanding of PMI-based project lifecycle and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and modifying space and furniture plans
- Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates
- Knowledge of procurement processes, including Tender, RFQ, and RFP development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Bluebeam
