We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead regulatory and compliance-driven programs across Wealth Management lines of business. The ideal candidate has experience delivering high-visibility initiatives with financial, legal, or regulatory impact, and excels at navigating complex cross-functional environments with executive stakeholders. This role is accountable for end-to-end project execution, regulatory timeline compliance, and technology integration delivery across multiple platforms and business units.

This role operates primarily within a structured, gated (Waterfall) project model and requires proven project delivery within Canadian financial regulations (AML, KYC, CRA, Bill 96, etc.) and familiarity with U.S. SEC regulatory influences.

• Lead regulatory and compliance projects that impact multiple Wealth LOBs with high financial and audit exposure.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, governance, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and financial tracking in accordance with Wealth PMO framework and governance.
• Partner with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to deliver system and process changes.
• Identify scope change risks driven by evolving regulatory requirements and implement change control strategies.
• Chair project working groups, support Steering Committees, and present executive-level updates to senior leadership (VP/C-suite).
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including business analysts, QA, technology leads, and vendor partners.
• Drive cross-LOB alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and governance adherence across complex delivery environments.
• Ensure regulatory milestones and audit compliance documentation are delivered on time and within scope.
• Utilize structured methodologies (Waterfall) and contribute to process improvements within the PMO.

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in financial services.
• Proven delivery of regulatory or compliance programs, ideally within Wealth Management or Brokerage.
• Experience with Canadian banking regulations, such as:
• AML/ATF (FINTRAC)
• CRA requirements
• Bill 96 (Quebec Language Law)
• KYC / Client Suitability
• Data privacy and reporting compliance
• Strong leadership managing cross-functional delivery across multiple lines of business.
• Experience working closely with technology delivery teams and understanding application dependencies and integrations.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Governance and financial rigor-status reporting, RAID management, budget tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Project delivery using Waterfall or structured SDLC frameworks.
• Clarity, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow experience.
