Senior Project Manager - Cyber (DLP & Network Initiatives)

Location: Toronto (1PCC - 4 days onsite)

Duration: Contract through end of year with strong likelihood of extension

S.i. Systems is supporting a large Canadian retailer as they continue to invest in their Cyber Security portfolio, with a focus on Data Loss Prevention and modern security tooling.

This role sits within an active program where multiple initiatives are already underway. The team has strong technical expertise in place and is looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, pace, and consistency to delivery.

You will step into an environment that is evolving quickly, with new tools and capabilities being introduced. The focus is not on hands-on technical work, but on driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives continue to move forward.

• Drive delivery across Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and related cyber initiatives
• Own project tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure timelines and priorities stay on track
• Bring structure to planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment between technical and business priorities

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within cyber security environments
• Direct exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives, tools, or programs
• Solid understanding of networking and enterprise security environments
• Proven ability to drive delivery and push initiatives forward, not just coordinate
• Experience working in environments with evolving tools and changing priorities
