Description
Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to support release management and transport activities within an SAP environment.
Background:
The Service Delivery team is in need of a Coordinator to join their team. The consultant will be tasked with coordinating activities and releases for the team and liaise with other teams (BASIS, Functional Analysts, etc.) within the organization.
Tasks:
- Support the release Manager with release management and transport activities.
- Review SAP Solution Manager tickets such as Requests for Change (RFC) and various Change Documents to ensure various checkpoint processes are completed as part of the release management process.
- Track transports outside of the SAP system (i.e.: emails).
- Act as a middleman between the functional team and BASIS team.
- Coordinate activities between the Release Management team and BASIS team to track releases.
Must Haves:
- Project Management - 1+ years
- IT Coordination - 5+ years
- Secret Clearance
