Senior Project Coordinator to support OT and IT cybersecurity project deliverables

Our large, enterprise Oil & Gas client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support OT and IT cybersecurity project deliverables.

This is an initial contract to the end of Dec 2026 with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be agreeable to working full-time onsite (5 days/week) downtown Calgary.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years experience as an IT Project Coordinator supporting multiple concurrent projects
• Recent experience supporting Cybersecurity projects, ideally OT specific projects
• Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and vendors
• Exposure or experience to working with Power BI for data management, reporting, and tracking

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Cybersecurity/ OT projects from initiation to close-out.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including schedules, schedule meetings, maintain status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and change logs.
• Coordinate project resources, schedules, and support requirements across multiple IT functions.
• Serve as the main coordination point between technical teams, business units, vendors, and project leadership.
• Facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and clarity of project goals.
• Support issue escalation, resolution tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups.
