Description
Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Program Manager responsible for developing and executing enterprise‑wide Agentic AI strategies architecture, governance, and implementing technical roadmaps
Candidates can be 100% remote, working MST hours. 37.5 hour work week.
Must‑Haves:
- 10+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience, aligned with PMI PMBOK good practices.
- 4+ years in IT Program Management within complex, multi‑department IT organization.
- Extensive leadership of enterprise AI initiatives, including strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation.
- Experience with medium‑to‑large technology programs with significant organizational impact, risk, and stakeholder complexity.
- Deep knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, AI/ML technologies, and modern cloud architectures.
- Hands‑on familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and enterprise cloud ecosystems.
- Proven ability to establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies (standards, controls, oversight).
Nice to haves:
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, AI would be preferred, but any Microsoft cert)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitation and presentation across diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of PMI’s Standard for Program Management (4th Edition); project/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure AI, Solutions Architect, M365) or AI/ML certifications considered strong assets.
Responsibilities:
- Our client is seeking an experienced and forward thinking leader to guide the development and implementation of our clients enterprise Agentic AI Program. This 12 month contract role will shape how the organization adopts next generation AI capabilities to enhance services, operational efficiency, and responsible innovation.
- As the Enterprise Agentic AI Program Lead, you will develop our clients Agentic AI strategy, technology architecture, governance, and implementation roadmap for agentic AI capabilities. You will work closely with business units, IT teams, governance partners, and external vendors to ensure safe, secure, and scalable adoption of agentic AI across our client's organization
