- Implementation of TeleTracking Clinical Workflow Suite and Real Time Locating Solution experience preferred.
JOB DUTIES:
The purpose of this Richmond Hospital TeleTracking Perioperative Patient Asset Tracking Solution) Project (PPATS) is to bring the TeleTracking Clinical Workflow Suite (CWS) and Real Time Locating System (RTLS) Asset Tracking to Richmond Hospital ( RH) along with integration between Vocera, Capacity Management Suite (CMS ) and CWS. This will bring the use of the TeleTracking suite of products at RH in alignment with what is used at VGH and UBCH. This will improve efficiency and workflow between the sites, as there are staff members who work in both. The scope of the project includes implementation of all infrastructure and devices to support expansion to CWS and RTLS, including integration between CWS, CMS and Vocera to provide alerts and notifications, upgrading of CMS to accommodate required workflow changes and Data IQ to address the analytics requirements from business:
1. Clinical Workflow Suite and RTLS Asset Tracking implemented at RH
2. Upgrade to Capacity Management Suite.
3. CWS notifications through Vocera.
4. Data IQ/ Analytics for Perioperative View.
5. Updates to Current CWS Dashboard/ analytics.
6. Biztalk Integration with Cerner integration and Iguana interface broker including email messaging integration with Vocera.

The project is to be completed over a 13-month implementation schedule starting July 2025. The Communication and Change Management strategy and plan will be key to guiding RH clinicians and staff through the new workflow and functions. All the test cases residing in the TestRail repository will be utilized as well as all training materials (CBT’s, QRG’s, videos and learning aides) to support a consistent clinical experience between VGH, UBCH and RH sites.
· The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the delivery of the RH PPATS (CWS/RTLS) project. Management of the budget and project team resources (90+) and all project documentation.
· Coordinate Vendor and partner services Work
· Provide a single point of contact for project work for Vendors to liaise with the client and PDHIS. Ensure vendor delivers their services in accordance with agreed upon timelines and Statements of Work.
· Management of Technical Services, BioMedical Engineering, MDRD and RH Facilities teams for their RH PPATS (CWS/RTLS) project deliverables and establish sustainment processes as required.
· Coordinate PDHIS Work
· Provide a single point of accountability to deliver the required components of the project. The services shall generally encompass the following:
· Lead the planning team, which will be comprised of staff and contracted technical team members
· Provide project leadership, working closely with all teams, the clients and the vendor to monitor and ensure the project accomplishes all goals and deliverables of the project on time and to budget
· Budget Management and invoice processing
· Facilitate the creation and approval of project documentation as follows:
· Project Charter and Plan
· Project Budget Forecast and Actuals
· Monthly PQTO Reports & Steering Committee meetings
· Test Strategy and Plan
· Training Strategy and Plan
· Go-live Planning Documentation
· Communications and Change Management Strategy and Plan
· Decision and Change Request Log
· Risk Register
· Complete the Production Turnover (PTO)
· Service Desk Support (SDS)
· Complete Service Level Agreement for the application
· Project Closure Report
· Other Project Manager Responsibilities
· Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
