Senior PCO to support a portfolio of specialty technology projects in the pharmacy space.

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Project Control Officer to support a portfolio of specialty technology projects in the pharmacy space

Location: North York (4 days/week onsite)

Duration: Until Dec 2025, to start

Responsibilities:

• Act as the delivery lead across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are tracked and communicated effectively.
• Liaise with key business stakeholders, primarily Pharmacy Procurement Teams, to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Support the Pharmacy Procurement team by coordinating delivery of technology services and solutions, working with internal development teams and vendors.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., Telus, TCS) in partnership with internal product teams. Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure smooth delivery of technical components.
• Support Quality Assurance activities, particularly for Kroll Retail and related systems. Track test results, coordinate with QA teams, and facilitate environment readiness.
• Facilitate communication between product owners, developers, and business teams. Help intake requests and prioritize deliverables.
• Keep all parties informed with clear updates, project timelines, risks, and issues. Act as the communication hub between internal and external project participants.

Must Haves:

• 2-4 years of Project Management experience
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Vendor Coordination experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and track timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Experience working with vendors and coordinating external teams (e.g., Telus, QA vendors)
