Description
Contract: 4-5 Months + possibility of extension
Hours: 35 Hours/Week
Location: 2 days onsite in Hamilton, ON (Tues/Weds)
- Conduct a full PCI DSS assessment and provide a clear remediation plan
- Lead compliance efforts across the organization
- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain PCI controls
- Manage documentation and evidence for audits
- Coordinate with external QSAs and audit teams
- Support incident response involving cardholder data
- Train internal teams on PCI and payment data security
- Stay updated on PCI DSS updates and security trends
- 10+ years of experience in PCI compliance, cybersecurity, or IT risk
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS (including version 4.0)
- Experience conducting PCI assessments from start to finish
- Knowledge of security tools (firewalls, encryption, logging, etc.)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Certifications like PCI ISA, CISSP, CISA, or Security+
- Experience with cloud or hybrid environments
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare, e-commerce)
