Our Calgary energy client is hiring a Senior Organizational Change Manager to design and execute a strategy for the implementation of the myTrack contractor management platform.


Must Have:

  • 8+ years experience and an Organizational Change Manager
  • Experience both designing and executing a change management strategy, including communications and training plans.
  • Experience on a project impacting both internal and external stakeholders


Nice to Have:

  • Change Management Certification (Prosci, CCMP)
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass and/or myTrack systems
