Our Oil and Gas Client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to assist with strategic planning, team development, and change engagement plans


Calgary-based client. Candidates will be working in-office 4 days/week (will be 5 days in office in September)


Must haves:

  • 8+ years of experience in an Organizational Change Management role focusing on IT initiatives
  • Experience with strategic planning, team development, and change engagement plans
  • Experience with creating and delivering communication engagement to stakeholders
  • Previous Oil and Gas industry experience


Nice to haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PROSCI certification


Responsibilities:

This role will provide communication, engagement and enablement support to the project and will appeal to individuals who are passionate about facilitating successful transitions and helping people adapt to new ways of working.
