Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle EAM Functional Consultant specializing in Fleet Maintenance and Parts Procurement.
Must-haves:
- Strong functional EAM expertise, specifically within Oracle (Cloud or EBS).
- Deep knowledge of fleet maintenance operations (PM programs, corrective work, inspections, shop processes).
- Hands‑on Oracle system knowledge across EAM, Inventory/Parts, and Procurement modules.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes (requisitions, POs, receiving, vendor management).
- Experience with parts procurement including catalogs, stocking, min/max, reorder policies, and supplier integration.
- Ability to support an enterprise with large-scale fleet spend (~$125M/year) on truck maintenance.
- Proven ability to implement best practices across maintenance, parts, and procurement workflows.
- Availability to support April 1 go‑live, including cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Ability to manage and refine enhancement requests post‑go‑live (intake scope requirements testing deployment).
- Strong communication skills with Fleet Ops, Parts, Procurement, IT, and Finance stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments with tight timelines.
