Senior Oracle Cloud (Fusion & OCI) Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle’s cloud-based enterprise systems.


Term: 6 Months

Extension option(s): 6 Months

Work 1 day onsite per month.


Must Haves:

  • Cloud Platform Management - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Solid understanding of cloud service models (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS)
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware expertise - Oracle Identity Management & Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring and management
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Management and role-based access control within Fusion
  • Database and integration skills - Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL & REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle data migration tools (FBDI, HCM Data Loader)
  • Security and Identity Management - access control, encryption, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience managing roles, privileges, and user provisioning in Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, and EPM.
  • Understanding of core business processes (procurement, HR, finance, and supply chain).


Responsibilities

  • Fusion Tenancy setup and configuration
  • Monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Coordinating deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Administer and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion tenancy, including environment setup for Dev, QA, and Production.
  • Oversee deployments and migrations across environments, coordinating with development and functional teams.
  • Manage and support Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules).
  • Perform system configurations, updates, and integrations aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts for data management and reporting.
  • Handle data migrations and bulk uploads using tools such as FBDI and HCM Data Loader.
  • Integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure smooth data flow between applications.
  • Implement and enforce access controls, encryption standards, and compliance policies.
  • Manage user roles, privileges, and identity governance within Oracle Fusion.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory security standards.
