Our client is looking for a Senior NERC Compliance Project Lead, to over the the full integration, onboarding and compliance alignment of gas plants.


Must-haves:

  • 8 + years experience assessing and implementing NERC reliability standards for generator owner/operators (including PRC-002, PRC-026, TPL-007)
  • Proven ability to perform compliance evidence collection and management, including setting up repositories and maintaining internal controls
  • Experience conducting site assessments and working directly with facility personnel to verify compliance
  • Capability to review and update compliance documentation, identify gaps, and lead corrective actions
  • Experience delivering compliance awareness or training sessions tailored to operations staff
  • Strong project coordination or project management skills to drive integration of multiple facilities into a single program
