Senior Microsoft Power Platform Architect to support a large Power Apps and Power Automate migration initiative.

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Architect to support a large Power Apps and Power Automate migration initiative. The project involves migrating approximately 100 Power Apps applications, 100 Dataverse environments, and 100 Azure DevOps (Git) projects.

This role will provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance, while coordinating a small delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Power Apps, Dataverse environments, and Azure DevOps (Git) repositories.
• Provide architecture guidance and hands-on support across Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Coordinate work across a team of 2 onshore and 2 offshore resources.
• Ensure Power Platform best practices for deployment, governance, and DevOps integration.

Required Experience

• 7-10+ years overall experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics, or related technologies).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience delivering and/or supporting Power Platform migrations or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Prior leadership experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps / Git-based version control and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT phases in enterprise projects.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
